The Helfensteins

Family Shoot  – Rondebosch Common –  November 2022

It always amazes me how quickly the Common changes with the seasons. It seemed only a few short days ago it was thick with greenery, and already the dryness of summer has set in, bringing with it fields of gold.

Meeting the Helfensteins for their Rondebosch Common family shoot was such a privilege. Little Luke seemed in his element climbing trees and picking out sticks to play with. His gorgeous blue eyes caught my lens with curious stares that blushed into perfectly shy smiles. It was beyond lovely to capture this sweet family love in the last of the autumn daylight.
